something's getting in the way
something's just about to break

oh joy, the mom came back from aussie and bought me my peachy clean! ha ha. one tube only though. well.
emotional blackmail, its all you're good at huh.

'The Notebook', adapted from the novel by Nicholas Sparks showed on channel five just now(7.15pm)
its a good show, imo. touching, well directed, well timed, the actors were pretty convincing.
its annoyingly sad in some parts though. but still ends with a happily ever after.
not that fairytale endings are bad, Allie contracting dementia was a good bitter twist.
however, it just really makes you wonder if the 'love at first sight', 'i knew you were the one' as well as 'true love' between Noah and Allie really exists.
well, i wouldnt know. not now, maybe never.
i doubt, though.

" relationships dont fail because people change through time. people dont change. relationships fail because when people first meet, they pretend to be who they think the other party wants."

now where did i hear that from.

by John Donne

Death, be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so;
For those whom thou think'st thou dost overthrow,
Die not, poor death, nor yet canst thou kill me.

From rest and sleep, which but thy pictures be,
Much pleasure; then from thee much more must flow,
And soonest our best men with thee do go,
Rest of their bones, and soul's delivery.

Thou art slave to fate, chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost with poison, war, and sickness dwell;
And poppy or charms can make us sleep as well
And better then thy stroke; why swell'st thou then?

One short sleep past, we wake eternally,
And death shall be no more; Death, thou shalt die.
