study study study your ass off, and you still cannot shake off the crushing sense of impending doom.
it is too late to feel prepared, and the reality of being retained is smeared into our faces.
its simple, just do the math:
we have an initial intake of approximately 800 students.
our current j2 cohort comprises of approximately 600 students.
we have been told by the (reliable) v.president of student council that there were approximately 100 retainees last year.
now, you realize that the numbers do not correspond.
where did the other 100 students go..?
it's no mystery. they left.

we have only one shot, and no subsequent diagnostic tests to serve as a backup chance.
we promote, plead, or face the aftermath. the second option is not possible for me:(

anyhow, i am looking forward for a better life post-exams. (i'm sure we all are)
i'm getting a new sofa bed(yay!),
ly and i are going to take up something like yoga/pilates,
i want to bake stuff! (jedi maybe we can bake together)
i have already prepared a list of movies to watch,
and i have spoken to my mom about my holiday,
we're thinking Turkey, Egypt, Li Jiang in China(not too keen), or new Zealanddd..
sigh, maybe if i wasn't so petite she might allow me to travel alone/ with friends.

Photographs taken by Theodora Allen during her road trips urge me to get a good dslr!
here are some of my favourites:

can't wait to breathe in a different air, wake up to a foreign sight.
it's been a suicidal year.

she's not here @
